Enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Cushman, Mt Ellinor, Mt Rose, the Olympic Mountains, and the Olympic National Park, from your large deck or even from the privacy of the lofted, master bedroom, which features a magnificent one-way glass window, so you can enjoy sweeping views without leaving the comfort of your king-sized, organic, US-grown, cotton bed.
Well-stocked, recently-upgraded, full kitchen has everything you might need--you just provide the food!
Home includes washer/dryer, a luxury grill, firepit and skewers for roasting marshmallows, landline phone (note: no cell phone access or internet available to the property), high chair, crib, board games galore, large screen TV, DVD collection, and a generous selection of books and children's toys.
(Please Note: due to its remote location and mountain ridgeline, satellite services, cable television, streaming videos, internet, and cellular networks are all unavailable at the property at this time. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope you will welcome the opportunity to disconnect from modern technology for a bit! Broadband is expected to become available by end of 2019.)

The house has can comfortably accommodate 8-10 guests between the three bedrooms and two extra-comfy, pull-out, sleeper sofas.
The master bedroom loft features sweeping views of the lake, organic cotton, king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom.
Main floor features two bedrooms and an additional full bathroom: two sets of twin, US Grown, organic cotton bunk-beds in one room, and another tastefully decorated room with queen-sized bed. Two, full-sized, pull-out sleeper sofas in the living room feature luxurious, hypoallergenic, spring/inflatable combo mattresses--no wimpy couch mattresses here!
One folding crib (pack n play) also available.
Both bathrooms were tastefully remodeled in 2018.
Kids are welcome! Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Thanks for your understanding.
Environmental Conservation.
In keeping with our commitment to environmental conservancy:
- All cleaners, detergents, and soaps provided in the home are natural, botanically based, and biodegradable. No harsh chemicals allowed in our home! (Propane fuel being the one exception.)
- Bathrooms feature dual-flush water-saving toilets, water-saving shower heads.
- We provide 100% recycled paper products.
- Recycling of paper, plastic, aluminum and glass, and on-site composting available.
- Guests are greatly encouraged to reuse towels whenever possible.
- Guests are asked to be mindful of using only as much as they need when it comes to use of disposable items such as paper products, detergents, etc. and limited natural resources such as water, fuel/gas, and electricity.
- Lastly, we ask guests to be mindful of what they flush down our toilets and wash down drains!
Our lakeside, retreat house uses an on-site septic sewer system: to protect our delicate ecosystem, only fully biodegradable and planet friendly items can go down our pipes.

$500 peak season (May—September, plus major holidays)
*Reservation base price for up to 6 people. Additional fees may apply. $50 per additional person above base, per day, for a maximum of 10 guests 3 years and over.
Does not include cleaning fee, and refundable damage deposit for incidentals.
